Every time Emil says to me, “See you later!” I laugh and reply, “I hope not!” Yet, every time I have needed assistance with my 2002 530i, Emil (and now Chris) have ALWAYS extended themselves in every way possible to help reduce the total amount due! The truth is, if I were paying without any discounts, I would still be happy because 1. I know this establishment has always been honest and has always offered very fair prices. 2. The depth of knowledge and years of expertise by this establishment —PHENOMENAL — this is what they love to do with BMWs… And 3. I have a peace of mind and positive assurance that the work they’ve done is literally world class! I have been there two other times before this post and need to pause and include those 5-Star Reviews, as well!
